Roles andResponsibilities: Sr. Advanced Field Service Engineer
Supervise and lead the South Service team, including scheduling, Performance management, and Professional development.
Formalize Standardization of LSS operations.
Handling of major customer account sin terms of Service and project Management/ Add-on requirements etc. Ensure Zero Customer Escalations. Pipeline Development and ensure Order Conversion.
Framing the Technical Solution and Freeze the Bill of Materials.
Ensure monthly AMC Revenue Billing as per AOP Targets. Completion of Technical Skill Certification in time.
Ensure Completion of Soft Skill Trainings. Focus on new BTI cases and work for order conversion.
Generate new leads for Spares.
Focus on new Cyber Prospects like Cyber Insight / MSS 2.0.
Identify the new Engineer and mentor them to enhance their Technical Skillset on various Products to work Independently.
BE - Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control
8+ years ofexperience preferably in field services
