Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and data analytics to ideate and build new products that drive account growth, app engagement, and CSAT
- Defines success and guardrail metrics, and receives alignment from all partner teams on these metrics.
- Defines and constructs the technical solution and goal-state interface to personalize content that users see on the Chase mobile app and web experience.
- Conduct A/B tests to determine if the products they build are driving impact for the company
- Builds a long term strategy to scale their product
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Exceptional communication skills, distilling complex and technical concepts both asynchronously and synchronously
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Comfortable leading initiatives involving a large team in a complex and ambiguous area
- Adept at synthesizing and explaining technical information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated prior experience writing product briefs
- Demonstrated prior experience with A/B testing
