Reporting to the Indonesia Country Manager, in this role, the incumbent will lead Clinical
General
- Curate and deliver on clinical education and mindshare programs both in person and via webinars to our customers across Indonesia to elevate GEHC's mindshare
- Working closely with modality teams help generate clinical value proposition
- Working closely with key associations for value creation of GEHC portfolio and to develop care area education programs for customers
- Drive care area focus on all marketing and education programs with specific focus on Oncology, Cardiology and Neurology / Stroke
- Working together with the GEHC International and Global teams to identify and facilitate Doctor to Doctor training programs with focus on diseases like Cancer, Cardiovascular, Stroke, etc.
Working together with the Indonesia team, customers and associations the incumbent shall -
- Devise and execute on Oncology and Cardiology education and Centre of Excellence in partnership with identified supervisory teaching hospitals. The programs will be targeted at Rad Techs, Radiologists, Cathlab Nurse,
- Cardiologists, NM (Nuclear Medicine) Technologists, NM Doctors, Sonographers, Project Managers and Biomedical Engineers.
- Deliver training programs as and when needed specifically on products like CT, MRI, PET-CT, Cathlab, Ultrasound etc, in partnership with Modality and Marketing team.
Reference Center Development and KOL Engagement
- Collaborating with the Product Managers and Clinical Marketing leaders, identify and manage the most important Accounts and KOLs for GEHC products across Indonesia to eventually help increase win-rate for respective modalities.
- Leverage show sites/ reference center and KOLs to drive GEHC's mindshare to further enable clinical immersion program like Doctor to Doctor training, technologist training, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography/ Biomedical Engineering/ equivalent. Master’s/ Doctorate’s and Medical Doctor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices industry
- 8+ years’ experience in hospital environment, academics or in med-tech Industry related.
- Deep experience in delivering clinical education workshops in the field of medical technology - Radiology/ Cardiology is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actions; experience establishing comprehensive strategy and plans for business growth.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
- Teaming skills – Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, crossfunctional teams, across levels in a matrix environment
- Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
- Ability to demonstrate deep connections with Indonesian Healthcare organizations such as ARSSI.
