As a Senior Software Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team while collaborating with global teams.
• Contributing to the development of the Cloud Load Balancer and other cloud-networking technologies.
• Creating and integrating cloud networking technologies and architectures.
• Developing best practices, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
• Designing, implementing, reviewing, documenting, and testing high-quality code in close collaboration with your team.
• Working closely with peers and coordinating with teams globally as part of building on new features or dealing with bugs from users.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of team leadership working on large-scale projects.
• Know networking fundamentals (IPv4/6, TCP/UDP, TLS).
• Experience with Linux-based operating systems.
• Experience in building and leading a team through recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Experience with C/C++ and Python programming languages, but also willing to code in other languages as needed.
