Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with one or more optical technologies such as client transceivers, optical metro, long-haul Dense Wave-Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems, or submarine systems.
Experience in programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building and maintaining software services, tools, and automation frameworks for analyzing and troubleshooting Internet Protocol (IP) and optical networks.
Knowledge of IP or optical network technologies (e.g., routing protocols, IP addressing, DWDM, Optical Transport Network (OTN), etc.).
Ability to write SQL scripts, query data structures, and extract network and diagnostic information.
Ability to analyze business processes and provide data-motivated recommendations for optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others through data-motivated insights.
