Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role.
5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product outlook, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in innovating large-scale solutions to introduce workflow or cost efficiencies (i.e., through tooling or other product solutions).
Familiarity with business or partner engagement functions including identifying user/customer segmentations, setting adoption/ROI goals.
Familiarity with customer/user support (i.e., driving down escalation volume, cost per user, improving first time resolution, TRT, AHT, CSAT at scale).
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to lead teams in generating insights from support data to identify issues and prioritize solutions.
Excellent influence and executive communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including C-level stakeholders.
