What you'll be doing:

• Lead SAP Security Strategy: Define and enforce security standards for S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW, and integrated applications.

• Manage GRC Controls: Oversee SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) for riskanalysis, SoD conflictresolution, and elevated access monitoring.

• EnsureCompliance: Maintain SOXcompliance and internal audit readiness with zero critical findings.

• Manage Sensitive Data: Protect NVIDIA sensitive data across SAP systems and ensure compliance with corporate security and privacy policies.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline access management processesand optimize securityworkflows.

• People Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of SAP security analysts and GRC specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

What we need to See:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)

• 12+ overall years of professional experience with SAP

• 6+ years direct people management experience

• 6+ years in SAP Security administration, with at least 3 years in GRC Access Control.

• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering security solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC components (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), role design,and SoD principles.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud applications.

• In depth knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM).

• Demonstrated work history with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Experience with Encryption, masking techniques, and incident response planning.
