Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience working on user facing product design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML driven user-facing products.
- Experience with user-facing launches with quantifiable impact.
- Familiarity with customer/user support (i.e., driving down escalation volume, cost per user, improving first time resolution, TRT, AHT, CSAT at scale).
- Ability to build consensus and define product strategy, outlook, and drive a product roadmap in a complex environment.
- Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including C-level stakeholders.
