You will:
Oversee risk intelligence sources to enhance the security and resilience of our supply chain. This senior advisor role would have a supply chain background and be able to work cross-functionally within R&R (across teams), across Global Operations of the Supply Chain and beyond.
- Understand supply chain risk and bridge knowledge between the Integrity and Security team and the Intelligence and Resilience team
- Develop an understanding of supplier mapping, risk sensing, and traceability of the supply chain
- Maintain awareness of geopolitical risks, regulatory requirements, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements
- Develop productive, mutually valued relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further R&R’s business goals, including Global Operations and team members, ESG, Marketing, Communications, Government Affairs, Legal, and Product Group
- Be responsible for communications to internal and external stakeholders on open-source information and the use of AI for driving efficiencies
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's and 5+ years relevant experience in project/program management, supply chain, compliance, or related field; or Master’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience or related field; or equivalent experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly using powerpoint slides to influence executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of collecting, curating, delivering open-source information on geopolitical issues that affect policy and trends
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management and interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Problem-solving skills, organizational, project management and administrative skills
Desirable Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to build consensus and influence
