We're looking for an experienced and collaborativeConstruction Project Managerfor Public Works projects who thrives when people are in sync, projects on time, and within budget. Based in our Boise, ID office, reporting directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.  You'll manage projects, provide leadership, and resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes and disagreements.

As the
Construction Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the Jacobs team.

Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization
  • Proven public works design and construction experience
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design, design and pre-construction phases of project delivery; building systems/components and technology; contract management; project delivery methods; team building and client relationship building

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
