1st shift (United States of America)Responsible for providing support for Treasury Solutions sales performance, strategy, execution, operating and risk functions.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.2. Complete analysis and create excel-based tools to support team's overall goals and priorities. Knowledge of excel including ability to efficiently use features such as vlookup, index, match, and pivot tables with limited direction and some oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates
Sales Analysts
a) Completes financial modeling and working capital analysis for clients and prospects. Knowledge of excel adequate to prepare, review and audit basic financial models,understanding of accounting basics and abilility to analyze financial statements). with oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associatesc) Manage sales disciplines including pre-call planning, pipeline review & management, Salesforce opportunity inputs & tracking, and other various sales support tools with some oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates
d) Attend and actively participate in client calls and client planning process
Non-sales Analysts
a) Complete client-based, product-based and other analysis including profitability, billing and other items requiring strong excel skills with limited direction and some oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates
d) Prepare monthly and other reporting to provide insight into product usage, profitability and deal outcomes with oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates
e) Manage policies and procedures that govern processes including supporting education of teammates that are part of the process, updating and improving the processes and completing annual reviews of processes with some oversight from more experienced Analysts and Associates

3. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership's attention

2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. High level of adaptibility and flexibility. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to balance short-term deliverables against long-term projects
5. Proven ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ability to adapt
6. Able to function effectively in role with less direction and more autonomy than junior Analysts
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
