Our U.S. GPS practice combines an understanding of the public sector's diverse mission needs with private sector leading practices. We respond to each client's issues by bringing together highly skilled professionals across our Consulting, Assurance, Tax and Strategy and Transactions service lines. This integrated approach provides the support and flexibility to meet the unique requirements of our clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the design, integration configuration and deployment of ICAM solution capabilities using SailPoint solutions
  • Support program goals and objectives leveraging expert SailPoint experience and skills
  • Integrate SailPoint with other third-party software, such as Okta, Radiant Logic and other government systems relying on data from the system
  • Develop rapport with others by demonstrating an understanding of their concerns, needs and issues, and focus on developing an internal network of relationships that can provide advice and support; consistently deliver quality client services
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Assist engagement teams in evaluating client vulnerability management programs across people, process and technology
  • Improve EY’s business processes and cybersecurity response methodologies
  • Assist in the project management of cybersecurity projects, including development of project charters, project plans and status updates

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field
  • Experience administering and installing one of the following tools: Identity & Access Management technologies, Active Directory (ADFS), Azure, SAML, SSO, Zscaler, RSA SecurID
  • Experience scripting/developing one of the following: Powershell, Bash, Python, C#, Visual Basic
  • Knowledge of the current security environment and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues; communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations
  • Knowledge of federal clients, including some of the following: branches of the military, defense agencies, intelligence community, civil agencies, federal health agencies or federal international agencies

To qualify for the role you must have

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Experience integrating SailPoint into hybrid government cloud environments
  • Experience with integrating SailPoint with other third-party software, such as Radiant Logic, Okta and other government systems relying on data from the system
  • Experience with Identity and Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification
  • Experience with providing appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication
  • Experience writing secure and efficient Java and Beanshell
  • Familiarity with SailPoint API and SailPoint best-practices
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
  • Developing documentation on new or existing systems
  • A track record of taking initiative and being resourceful to accomplish ambitious goals
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to juggle many competing priorities
  • Roll-up your sleeves attitude to tackle projects large and small and a collaborative, low-ego approach to collaborating across the organization

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirements

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $103,800 to $190,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $124,600 to $216,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
