Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
  • Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
  • Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
  • Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
  • Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
  • Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience required
  • Experience in credit operations or similar position
  • Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Validar y realizar análisis de las aclaraciones recibidas de las diferentes áreas y/o sucursales sobre el estatus del expediente del cliente

Conocimiento de documentación del Expediente del Cliente

Generación de Instructivos de trabajo

Garantizar la integridad y confidencialidad de la documentación e información del cliente registrada en sistemas informáticos de los procesos del expediente del cliente

Liderar proyectos, capacitar a los talentos de nuevo ingreso, brindar orientación cotidiana en el grupo de trabajo

Garantizar la calidad de las validaciones y análisis del expediente del cliente y de auditorías

Seguimiento a líneas de control y riesgo

Conocimiento en líneas ARCM (deseable)

Manejo de aplicativo Ondemand – Admwin

Excel Avanzado (Generación de tablas dinámicas, cruces de información)

Experiencia en revisiones de control operativo/ riesgo.

Preferible conocimiento laboral en el Expediente del Cliente

Habilidades de motivación y liderazgo proactivo

Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.

Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

Experiencia en el manejo y administración de riesgos y controles.
