Your Role and Responsibilities Who you are: As a ISA SCC Security specialist you will be engaged to support our customers wrt IAM & PKI area.
What you’ll do:
Troubleshoot L2 level issues such as Privileged admin rights, server/app onboarding, SSO, audit logs, MFA, event Analysis etc.
IAM policy configuration, rules, RBAC management.
Work experience in generating CSR and certificate renewal (PKI)
Converting certificates into different format based on requirement.
Resolving issues/tickets related to Certificate management (Only internal certificate)
Experience working in Root CA CRL and Wildcard certificate renewal activity.
Good to have experience working on various application protocols (SAML, SWA, OpenID) – SSO
Knowledge on any programming languages (Java/Javascript/VBScript/Powershell etc.)
Performing daily health checks of all IAM products that are operational.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled and on demand out of box reporting.
Troubleshooting issues that are assigned via incident/Service requests.
Working with end user to troubleshoot on any IAM related issues.
Monitor the ticketing tool (SNOW/Remedy etc..) and ensure to respond and resolve the incidents as per the SLAs.
Contribute to SOPs/Runbook/KEDB in keeping process & documentation up to date.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working in any PIM/PAM product and PKI (Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust etc & Microsoft PKI)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working in any two PIM/PAM & SSO products along with PKI exp (Arcon, Sectona, Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Azure IAM, Okta, Sailpoint, Ping identity or similar and Microsoft PKI)
