• Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process standardization and improve site capabilities and capacities
• Debug production test program and hardware for mass production
• Support production in wafer sort and package test, aggressive test time reduction (TTR), test yield improvement, customer return analysis and quality conformance

Basic Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or other equivalent field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Advantest 93K PS1600 tester platform and programming skills
• Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl
