Your day-to-day:

As a Sr.MTS, Software Engineer, you will architect and lead the development of complex payment systems, drive innovation, and mentor the team.• A developing technical leader, who can deliver complex projects and programs that integrate solutions from multiple teams and external partners
• Operates key development processes (e.g., design reviews, knowledge-sharing) using consistent principles, ensuring WHAT we do is guided by a WHY
• Makes technical decisions affecting multiple teams, crossing organizational boundaries
• Establishes conventions & processes to be followed by other employees
• Handles multiple initiatives simultaneously, using judgement to prioritize among more issues than can be handled individually.
• Acts as an initiative leader, coordinating the technical solutions of other leads and using delegation to distribute workload

• Actively engage with leadership across Product, Architecture, Design and Engineering to design, propose, discuss and refine new features and functionality.
• Partners with product management, to ideate solutions to business problems & goals

• Collaborate with other engineering teams, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative identity solutions that meet organizational needs.

• Communicate with stakeholders on technical standards, principles, methodologies and trends.

• Understands evolving industry capabilities & practices and can judiciously apply up- to-date information for optimal results
• Competent at communicating technical issues with non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 15 years of experience in designing and developing complex systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Java script, Type script, AWS.

• Expert knowledge in React, Mobile Frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platform, server architectures, and distributed systems

• Experience in various architecture design patterns, design, and implementation of Financial Systems/Platforms.

• Experience working with large-scale, highly available, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.• Experience with Agile methodology, large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Knowledge of the payment processing industry and relevant regulations.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.• Continuously innovate and deliver awesome experiences for our users
• Solve the real customer problems through technology
• Prove your problem-solving skills in both day-to-day work as well as during lab days and hack weeks.
