- Provide sound advice on a wide range of design matters including layout, typography, information architecture, iconography, gestural behaviors, animation, UX writing, accessibility and more- Produce design content/presentations as part of our workshop events and outreach efforts- Help lead ideation exercises, prototype new concepts for larger Evangelism wide in-house products
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of technology, of which 3+ years in the field of interaction, visual and/or product design
- Highly proficient with modern design, prototyping and presentation tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Keynote, Principle, After Effects or similar tools
- In-depth understanding of the Human interface guidelines and app development process
- Hands-on experience designing for Apple platforms - iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and/or tvOS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience in software engineering/app development; being able to code is a plus
- An understanding of Apple’s technology frameworks for developers is a plus
- Effective and influential communicator to engage all levels of partners, ranging from designers, software engineers, product managers to business decision-makers
- Exceptional collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally
- Discipline to focus in a dynamic, creative and fast paced environment
