- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- Experience in delivering customer-facing SAP projects, enterprise deployments of SAP architectures.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in SAP or Google Cloud and experience working with other cloud providers.
- 10 years of experience in delivering customer-facing SAP projects, especially large-scale enterprise deployments with deep understanding of SAP architectures.
- 5 years of multi-year experience with cloud platforms and SAP cloud deployments.
- 3 years of experience leading and managing highly skilled technical teams in a professional services environment.
- Experience managing large-scale SAP migration projects in a cloud environment and in developing and implementing SAP migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in driving professional services and business growth.
