We're seeking a Web Development Engineer to design and implement scalable, web-based content architectures within our content management systems, including Highspot. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between information architecture strategy and technical implementation, ensuring our sales enablement content is organized intuitively and optimally for our Field teams.Key job responsibilities
Partner with Information Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical knowledge management configurations with effective structural and technical solutions
Design, develop, and implement modern web and knowledge management solutions to enhance content delivery and user experience that align with requirements, field needs, and usage patterns
Configure, optimize, and automate (where possible) content environments to support efficient content drafting, publishing, and prioritization for differing audiences
Create and maintain documentation for content structure standards and implementation guidelinesA day in the life
About the team
The Knowledge Management and Governance (KMG) team is focused on providing the best experience for the Field related to their interactions with enablement content and the information they need to succeed in their roles. The team has three main functions: 1/Provide content management and support for content owners across Sales, Marketing, and Global Services; 2/Establish and enforce content standards for the content available to the Field through AWSentral, Highspot, and Learn; 3/Enforce an information architecture and governance model that ensures for content freshness, quality, and alignment to requirements.About AWS

-Experience with Highspot features and platform configuration
-Proficiency in modern web development technologies including:
HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
-Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
-Responsive design principles and implementation
-Web/LMM performance and search/discoverability optimization techniques

-Experience with AWS Services and cloud-based solutions
-Knowledge of modern build tools and deployment processes
-Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG)
-Understanding of information architecture principles and best practices in the new AI era
