Success as a Controls Coordinator is measured by:Provide Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) Inputs to Construction Technical Program Managers (TPMs) based on awarded or previously awarded designs and systems.Provide corresponding Operational Planning (OP1/2) inputs to Finance Managers against this historic work.Submit Purchase Requests with the necessary funding and vendor information to generate the Purchase Orders required to complete work.Manage Supervisory Controls and Direct Automation (SCADA) rack forecasts and ordering.Actively partner with Controls Engineers, Controls Managers, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to complete these key deliverables.Applying critical thinking to make quality judgments that drive for resultsEffectively communicating to multiple stakeholders on a global level

- 3+ years of vendor management experience
- 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
- 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
- Experience in data center engineering or operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

- 3+ years of construction or project management experience
- Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License
- operating engineering license such as DC II, DC III, or equivalent
