Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external IT teams to develop and enhance modules and platforms that ensure data integrity and improve the user experience
  • Leading ad-hoc data management and IT-related projects to meet site and organizational needs
  • Analyzing data management platforms to identify issues; work with site EHS teams to implement solutions
  • Monitoring and managing all applicable platforms to ensure the integrity of data input and output; identify and bridge gaps across the organization
  • Analyzing and reviewing monthly metrics (e.g. incidents, water, waste etc) to identify trends and implement corrective actions; report findings according to global standards
  • Developing dashboards to support site specific needs; create reports and presentations to communicate goals and display metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Evaluating EHS KPI’s to maintain metrics and measurement procedures
  • Facilitating EHS IT system upgrades and modifications to ensure end users are up to date; collaborate with other cross-functional teams on data integration for various BI tools
  • Managing the SharePoint intranet for internal communication and best practice sharing
  • Providing virtual and in-person support for metrics and data management to users in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in EH&S, engineering, science, or digital technology-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EH&S data management and/or IT related responsibilities
  • Experience with EHS programs and regulations
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 10-20% (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in EH&S, engineering, science, or digital technology-related field
  • Experience managing multiple sites (local and regional)
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Experience with IT product development or coding and MS Excel functions (i.e VBA, macros etc)
