A background in integrated marketing, with a solid understanding of positioning, creative development, and campaign architecture.
Experience working in or alongside advertising agencies is a plus.
Strong grasp of the advertising ecosystem, including category-level insight and consumer behavior.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for rolling up your sleeves to build and shape processes.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—comfortable in front of clients and internal leadership.
Passion for creativity, technology, and innovation in advertising.
Experience in a platform, publisher, or creative agency environment.
Strong business acumen and curiosity for emerging advertising formats.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
