• Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process

• Validating documentation prepared by team members

• Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes

• Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking

• Challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks

• Assisting in development junior team members

• Supporting other team members in resolving the most difficult cases

• Implementing process changes

• 2-5 years relevant experience in financial operations

• Fluency in English

• Computer literacy (especially excel)

• Experience in leadership and team play attitude

• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills, multitasking

• Willingness to develop and learn fast

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceWe offer:
