• Prepare end-to-end TP documentation for the allocated country responsibilities. Candidates with prior experience of transfer pricing compliance along with understanding of benchmarking analysis would be preferred.
• Gathering and analyzing data relating to intercompany transactions within Citi for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Performing functional interviews and understand complex flows involved in the intercompany transactions.
• Prepare country specific transfer pricing documentation reports for various tax jurisdictions.
• Work in close coordination with the Controller TP team, tax teams, business, finance and tax professionals. Regular interaction with business and controllers to understand the business model.
• Timely and effective escalation management for any business queries.
• Managing routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information.
• Preparation of statutory TP disclosures forms, if required
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, other miscellaneous assignments, if required
