Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain all product documentation spanning internal use-cases and client-facing marketing materials
• Manage all governance processes, including legal & compliance review of new product initiatives
• Develop User Stories and requirements to efficiently improve product and resolve bugs
• Manage all client feedback across the product suite, and work with Product Owners to develop the roadmap and advocate for tactical enhancements
• Collaborate with the Sales organization and facilitate all actions to support trials and client onboarding
• Manage Client Support requests during U.S. hours and address in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain regular contact with trading desks and research
• Use Python and Excel to both support queries, and build examples for clients

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, STEM, or similar
• 7+ years experience in Financial Services, Product Management or similar
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and integrate large amounts of market information
• Proficiency in Excel and practical experience working with Python
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to successfully interact with clients, portfolio managers, traders, research, and sales
• A good understanding of financial analytics concepts, and the drive to both broaden this knowledge and to apply it to building an industry-leading product
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
• A good understanding of financial technology and data consumption for financial services, with the interest to get hands-on with technical products
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management skills
