The individual will coach and develop solution-based sellers, will model deep cross-functional collaboration, and will demonstrate an obsession for customer relationships and business outcomes. The sales manager in this role will bring significant advertising media sales experience, strategic thinking, a passion for innovation and deep relationships in the industry, all while showing they can deliver results over time. The sales manager should have a proven track record of building, managing, and growing high-performing sales teams.
