Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience with focus on building high performance and scalable backend distributed systems.
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring other software engineers, fostering a learning environment, and promoting professional growth.
• 2+ years of experience driving cross-functional technical initiatives, demonstrating collaboration skills and the ability to lead diverse teams towards common goals.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Network Engineering (protocols like BGP, Traffic Engineering Solutions, etc) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Data Science projects, data modeling, data analytics, or equivalent experience.
