Consumer Marketing Manager- Mother and Childcare (Stamford, CT)
Your role:
- Build Marketing Plans (24 months rolling) linked to business objectives tied to the Strategic Plan of Record
- Analyze consumer research, customer research, channel trends, current market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights that will drive competitive advantage.
- Effectively analyze Mulo+ data to identify business issues and trends
- Creates Marketing Jobs To Be Done and briefs for demand generation programs, ensuring that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs
- Assist Marketing Lead and global Category stakeholders in localizing existing global product platforms, keeping in mind category dynamics and retailer strategies
- Develop commercial innovation to fill local consumer and customer needs (from insight to business case development to Go to Market strategy)
- Work cross-functionally to ensure full on-time and in-full delivery of innovations
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree, MBA degree preferred.
- You’ve acquired 3+ years of marketing experience. Brand Management and/ or CPG experience highly preferred.
- Your skills include technical marketing and business analytics.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re a self-starter, resourceful, and always willing to take on more. Also must be able to work semi-autonomously.

The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $99,000 to $170,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
