As a Demo Builder Solutions Architect within the Specialist Solutions team, you will join a dynamic team environment to develop easy-to-use, standardized, and reliable demo artifacts and enablement for a global sales organization. In this hands-on role, you will become an expert on AWS Applied AI Applications and develop compelling demonstrations that help AWS customers envision transforming their business. You will continuously sharpen your expertise in demo best practices, and use your domain knowledge to help enable AWS and partner teams deliver best-in-class demos.You will collaborate closely with our product, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure demos reflect AWS' rapid pace of innovation and maintain visibility across the business. By synthesizing customer feedback from direct engagements, you will inform both the demo pipeline and AWS product roadmap.You will also evangelize AWS Applied AI solutions and industry trends in the business optimization/customer experience space using through public speaking/analyst events and customer engagements like workshops, user group meetings, online videos, and conferences. Supporting these efforts, you will create and share best practices and technical content (e.g. demos, code samples, reference architectures).Key job responsibilities
- Become an expert on AWS Applied AI solutions, and design and prototype end-to-end solutions using technologies that span multiple contact center subdomains (e.g. omnichannel engagement, agent experience, analytics, workforce optimization).- You will be required to travel to meet customers when needed (less than 10%).A day in the life
