Key job responsibilities
- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
- Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety proceduresAdditional Requirements:
- Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts) overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift times 2nd shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM Shift will vary, depending on program needs- Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.A day in the life
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical or related field)
- 2+ years of hands-on work experience Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand tools
- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
- ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
- CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/ or drawings
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
- Prior military service a plus
