- Expertise with machine learning technologies for model adaptation (such as RLHF, RLAIF, DPO)
- Hands-on experience working with deep learning toolkits (ideally PyTorch)
- Experience with engineering practices required for working with large models and large datasets
- Ability to formulate a research problem and design experiments to appropriately answer research questions
- Excellent track record publishing at top ML conferences/journals
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- MSc in Computer Science, or related technical field
- Ability to formulate a research problem, design experiments, implement and communicate solutions.
- Ability to work in a diverse collaborative environment.
- PhD, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Science, or related technical field.
