Expected Start Date: September 2024


Your role:
  • Revising all goods flows impacted by the Philips “Creating value with sustainable impact” program into GFCB system and goods flows documents

  • Support GFCB coordinator with processing new and change requests for goods flows, analyzing both its completeness and accuracy as well as requesting any missing information

  • Pro-actively seeking missing information from relevant stakeholders to ensure timely validation of the requests

  • Manage workflow completion of the validation of cross functional specialists about the compliance of submitted goods flows and administrating the requests’ approvals with relevant approval/rejection conditions

  • Improve completion and compliance control of goods flows approved, implemented and decommissioned

  • In progress of achieving a Bachelor’s degreerelated to Supply Chain and international trade

  • Good communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal), Dutch is an additional assets

  • Proactive and autonomous: understand the materiality of a concern and make great judgement call when to or not challenge as well as pro-actively finding the appropriate solution

  • Strong drive to work with high quality and attention to detail

In return, we offer you:
  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata

  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours

  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net

  • Paid holidays per internship term

  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop
