What you’ll do
- Good understanding of end-to-end core business processes of Service Management
- Facilitate customer discussions and elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
- Aptitude to define the problem concisely and propose solution
- Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs
- Responsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Participate in RFPs for Service Management
What you bring
- Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech)
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Management modules
- Proficiency in ABAP, CDS, ODATA APIs, Webservices, SOAP APIs, BAPI, Middleware, CRM Web UI technology
- Proficiency in AET, Extensibility, Workflows, BSP, Forms, Events, BADI, and Exits
- In-depth knowledge of CRM one-order framework and S/4 CM one-order framework
- Experience in S/4HANA Service and Customer Management
- Experience in In-app Extensibility, Developer Extensibility and Side-by-Side Extensibility
- ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) Design
- Fair understanding of BTP clean core concept
- Good understanding of S/4 HANA Case management
- Good understanding of solution mapping between SAP CRM to S/4 HANA Service
- Good understanding of Fiori technology
