- Understand clients’ marketing objectives and provide tailored, data-driven solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with Product , Marketing , and Support teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and recommend actions to optimize results.
- Support new clients during onboarding , ensuring they fully understand platform features and best practices.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to help clients reach their advertising goals.
