As a Quality Analyst within our Business Lending Unit, you will have the opportunity to assess and enhance the quality of our application processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all required functions are performed in accordance with our established policies and procedures, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review sampling of applications by multiple job families to document quality control results. Job Families include, but are not limited to, Underwriting Support Analysts, Credit Officers. Reviews may be Regulatory in nature requiring a keen ability to identify potential deficiencies.
  • Communicate errors identified and ensure revisions are made as needed. Reviews reports to monitor and track credit quality trends. Provides coaching to improve quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical, judgment skills and strong leadership skills needed
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as knowledge of bank systems and loan/credit operations needed
  • Results-oriented team player with a high level of proficiency in organizing, priority-setting, and issues management is a must

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred. Manila CPA Certification and prior business credit experience preferred.
  • Bachelor degrees in Business, Finance, or Economics are acceptable with at least 5 years prior credit underwriting experience,

Work Schedule:

This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
