And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.In this role, you'll:- Serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges- Develop expertise in various hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios- Help drive continuous improvementsThis position includes shift work and may require rotation between locations.Key job responsibilities
SAFETY
- Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO)- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
- Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment (If applicable)
- On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls (if applicable)

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with networking and computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Access to your own vehicle
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with network protocols
