You will serve as a multi-functional team leader. You will be expected to:- Define and communicate program plans, schedule, and status- Ensure engineering excellence and help drive logical, balanced, and bold decisions- Prepare and present executive communications- Manage preparation and execution of engineering development builds- Identify and resolve conflicts, interdependencies, and program issues- React to unexpected changes in the program due to outside influences- Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices, and implement change- Manage engineering and development budgets leading to mass production- Work multi-functionally to identify critical performance parameters
- BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant proven experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Self motivated and proactive
- Great leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
- Ability to excel within rapid development cycles
- Calm in the face of uncertainty
- Critical thinking to identify risks and find creative solutions
- The candidate must be able to fit in well with a team and understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment
- Limited international travel
