ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, QLD & NZ – Urology, this position will be responsible for managing theStone and Prostate Health Products across BrisbaneSouth of the river, Mackay, Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW (Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Lismore).
WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR
- Developing and executing on territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
- Planning and developing the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
- Successfully completing Urology training programs, applying these skills in the field, and maintaining a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborating with our internal stakeholders and the broader Urology team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Being an established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC’s Urology business.
- Maintaining all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.
- Completing market analysis and regular reporting as required.
- Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Representing Boston Scientific values and integrity.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success.
- Prior experience with Urology products is desirable.
- Previous Capital sales experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly.
- Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach.
- Fluent in productivity tools including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite applications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Tertiary education (in science or business preferable).
