As a Senior Technology Strategy professional, you will play a crucial role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives. You will lead projects that focus on IT governance, operational models, and technology strategy across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in aligning their technology strategy with business strategy.
- Evaluate the technological characteristics of organizations to identify findings and recommendations for efficient IT operations.
- Lead discussions on operational models based on industry frameworks and experience.
- Conduct diagnostics of current IT processes, structures, and services.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize IT governance and management.
- Establish governance frameworks that align IT objectives with strategic business goals.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities within the IT area.
- Develop policies and procedures regulating IT management.
- Design and implement IT processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train staff on ITIL and COBIT best practices and ensure their adoption.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure IT process performance and effectiveness.
- Identify and evaluate risks associated with IT governance and management.
- Develop a risk management plan with mitigation strategies.
- Lead IT transformation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to align projects with business needs.
- Propose continuous improvements based on monitoring results and industry best practices.
- Facilitate communication between IT and other business areas.
- Report to senior management on the status of IT projects and alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in IT strategy, governance, operational models, and consulting.
- Languages: English B2+ (mandatory).
- Technical Knowledge:
- ITIL V3 (required), COBIT (required), ITIL V4 (desirable), TOGAF 9 (desirable).
- Experience in IT governance, IT strategy, and operational models.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture projects, strategic technology planning, and IT operational models.
- Availability to Travel: Occasionally.
