As a Project Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. Working closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects. From design to delivery.
You will:
Strategic Management
Support development of Strategy Map for the group for the immediate fiscal year and design staff and group performance management based on the aligned strategy
Collaborate with the leadership team, HR and finance to track, analyze and report performance, KPIs, project goals, and change initiatives, as needed
Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation until a more formal project is established
Help lead and initiate change throughout the organization and enable implementation of high impact projects requires coordination with various stakeholders within and without the team
Drive operational efficiencies and cross-teams support and continue to enhance transparency (dashboards) on performance and progress
Operations Management
Drive Operations Reviews and Business Reviews
Lead Weekly Staff Meetings: Identify and prepare presenters, topics & materials which are aligned to strategy & fiscal year priorities
Design executive presentations: Work with related teams to develop presentations to support internal & external meetings and engagements
Lead key projects & initiatives reports-out: Work with the leadership team and other stakeholders (e.g. WW Procurement, Planning and Global Operations Executive Leadership) to highlight key projects / initiatives
Organization and Talent:
Help drive the Geo-diversity strategy for the Global SQE team
Lead the One SQE program that targets to drive maximum efficiency of processes and organizational structure
Work with leaders on organizational design and organization footprint based on suppliers locations and support needed
Work with leaders to drive necessary cohesion, cultural and community service activities
Communication Leadership:
Be the central point for communication strategy design, and execution of communication strategy through VP Monthly Newsletters, Town Halls, Brown Bags, and other adhoc communication communications through internal channels like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Work with Central Communication team liaison and ensure compliance to branding, template and language of messaging for all outgoing communications
Lead Supplier Relationship Management Plan and coordinate scheduling, agenda and communication and content for supplier meetings (ODMs and Sub-tier) for VP
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business, Marketing or related areas and 8+ years of related working experience
Must be able to lead & influence virtual cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes & business results
Knowledge of all aspects of business organizational agility (includes: direct reporting organization, across Global Operations and Dell. Must know "who does what and why," and must have knowledge of various functions (preferably with knowledge of key stakeholders / leaders / influencers) across Global Operations, Product Marketing and Engineering.
Ability to multi-task a variety of projects with significant business impact and little room for error
Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested.
Desirable Requirements
MBA from reputed university
Proficiency in English (Vietnamese and/or Chinese is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills preferably gained through experience at a blue-chip consulting firm
Prior experience working with executive leaders and senior-level cross-functional teams
Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams
