Job responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives as presented by Lines of Business and modernization requirements
• Makes decisions that influence team's resources and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Deep knowledge of cross-asset/cross-business Risk platforms
• Solid understanding of distributed frameworks
• Practical cloud native experience
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Python coding experience
• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
• Experience leading a cross-regional team
• Experience working at code level
• Experience leading a product in a role of a Technical Lead

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Experience with SDLC in a continuous delivery framework
