About the role:
General Responsibilities:Assisting in providing independent, diagnostic and troubleshooting support to all site operations MES software.Participate in departmental projects that require MES software solutions as a primary component.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in implementing short and long-term strategic solutions focused on providing high-quality, measurable improvements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills with internal customers and suppliers of varying technical ability.
- Make recommendations to design teams, which drive higher yielding, lower cost, more manufacturable products.
- Work with project team and system integrator resources to gain knowledge of the MES application at a detailed level
- Assisting in detailed analysis of production lines with emphasis on streamlining DHR, paperwork and machine operations
- Design/Configuration of detailed processes on a manufacturing line to eliminate or automate DHR, paperwork and machine operations with the guidance of a MES Modeler.
- Model/Implement MES applications to meet the business requirements reflected in the solution design for each production line
- Assisting in providing support for site resources during initial launch and rolloutAssisting in providing support for existing implementations on an ongoing basisWork with local and corporate IS teams on infrastructure aspects to troubleshoot problems that impact the production floor.
- Operations Environment and Equipment Support:Assist in building and configuring new/existing models.Help troubleshoot any production issues after implementation.Provide line teams suggestions on options available in the MES.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Programming, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1 years of experience in payroll systems experience
- English Level: C1
- Proficiency in payroll software systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Work Environment
The work environment is hybrid 3 days a week in Heredia.
