Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
- Professional Engineer license (P.E.)
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience with wastewater and/or industrial treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and design
- Proven experience working on wastewater treatment projects
- Related project management and task leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and tasks
- Familiarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks related to wastewater treatment
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
- 20 or more years of direct experience in wastewater treatment
- Wastewater experience including diverse liquids and solids processes, including resource recovery
- Professional Engineering license in Western United States (e.g. California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or Alaska, etc.)
- Experience as a “seller/doer” identifying, winning, and then leading project teams delivering wastewater treatment projects
- A strong network with local municipalities or other water/wastewater clients
