Responsibilities of the Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst:
    • Take ownership of the development, amendment and maintenance our finance system Oracle Cloud EPM, including:
    • Maintain ARCS, EDM, FCCS, EPBCS (Planning), NRCS
    • Maintain integrations between Oracle ERP and EPM, such as FX Rates, Supplier Invoices and Accruals, Account Dimensions etc.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve daily business issues, ensuring seamless operations
    • Analyze stakeholder requirements to optimize and improve existing business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness
    • Coordinate requests, fixes, and upgrades with Oracle Support and Finance users, fostering collaboration and communication
    • Own the integrations between Oracle ERP & EPM
    • Partner with the Middleware team to design and implement data integration processes between systems (e.g. between Workday and Oracle Cloud EPM)
    • Ensure thorough testing of the application and the end-to-end integration
    • Assign access rights to users for the various application modules, maintaining security and control
Requirements of the Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst:
    • A Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, business with a focus on IT, or equivalent
    • 6+ years of experience in administration, configuration and/or development of Oracle Cloud EPM
    • A strong background in system analysis, including system integration
    • A solid understanding of financial processes, enabling you to effectively support our Finance team
    • Proficiency with SQL and web services
    • Knowledge of Java or a similar language is a plus
    • Development or administration experience with SaaS systems is an advantage
    • Familiarity with Agile methodology is desired
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate collaboration and clear communication
