Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in project management, specifically launching new hardware products in electronics manufacturing (Printed Circuit Board Assembly, servers, racks.).
- 8 years of leadership experience in material supply chain management and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with L6, L10, and L11 manufacturing.
- Experience in leadership with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, and supply chain design.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), assembly and test processes, and project requirements.
