About the role:

The IOE Sales Training Manager will design, develop, create, deliver, implement and evaluate field

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Implement training programs for the Embolization portfolio.
  • Assesses training needs for all Field Sales personnel including consultants, associates and management
  • Travel to and conduct training programs at various sites in the U.S.
  • Maintain a strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders and internal cross-functional partners (Marketing, R&D, Medical, etc)
  • Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine where additional training should be prescribed.
  • Prepares reports on progress of personnel under direct or indirect supervision during training periods.
  • Continually studies and develops skill in use of better teaching and training methods.
  • Assists Marketing Managers in development of new product training and new data releases.
  • Keeps informed of new developments within the field and implements business focused training.
  • Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of sales and/or marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • In-field case support experience supporting procedures
  • Must be comfortable interacting with and influencing all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize direction from several leaders.
  • Comfortable and effective facilitating training and discussions.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced level knowledge on embolization procedures
  • A deep understanding of Interventional Radiologists and hospital/competitive landscape.
  • Field Sales Trainer or Area Sales Coach experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience creating training strategies and materialsrequired. Experience facilitating training courses.
  • Proven experience delivering sales results. Interaction with hospital administration and physicians.

Maximum Salary: $ 188300

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
