Key job responsibilities• Partner with Senior Leaders/Directors within Amazon Devices to identify opportunities to delight 3P partners with world class enterprise solutions.
• Define and implement strategical partnerships that enables businesses in Amazon Devices scale faster, save costs, and improve efficiency.• Partner with engineering teams to build technical solutions, as well as systems and tools to improve certification, publishing and monitoring experiences for a host of 3P integrations, like Alexa skills and devices.
• Establish mechanisms and processes that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency for existing collaborations for Partner Support & Services.A day in the life

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
