We require a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our financial reporting report team. You will be responsible for managing the financial reporting needs of companies under US GAAP, IFRS 2 and local GAAPs. As a Financial Reporting Analyst – you will be responsible for assisting clients to implement and set up clients on the platform for financial reporting, assist clients in their on-going reporting requirements, maintain documentation and controls to ensure quality, and assist in product development of the platform.

Job Responsibilities

Manage Client Reporting Relationships which includes but is not limited to:

  • Interact with contacts at Corporate Clients to set up financial reporting on the system and reconciliations of reports for sign off
  • Respond to client questions/issues in fulfilling their reporting requirements on monthly/quarterly basis
    Provide client education related to ASC 718, IFRS 2 and maintain ongoing client communications
  • Assist in sales demonstrations Participate in Product Development and Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Aid in development and documentation of key procedures and controls related to Financial Reporting

Required Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and able to work on large data files
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.
  • Establish effective working relationships with other team members and team leads.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative, be pro-active and able to multi-task

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications

  • An understanding of the relevant US GAAP & IFRS reporting standards requirements for share based payments, best practices, and procedures.
  • Third level degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience in share plan industry
