• Support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction

• Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues

• Use your influence to expedite complicated cases

• Drive the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools

• Provide technical training to customers with stakeholders from all levels

• Build good relationships with customers

• Test products & software for projects belonging the to BMS Integration Team

• Experience within Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Experience of Honeywell’s Niagara Framework namely WEBs-N4™ software platform

• Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI)

• Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, MODBUS

• Knowledge and experience of Open Platform Communications (OPC) for open connectivity in industrial automation

• Open protocol knowledge for integration of software platforms developed by different equipment manufacturers

• Customer facing experience

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
