- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with standard practices in resource planning, milestone tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with software development, managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams, and with iOS /Android release processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience within the Automotive, Transportation, Mapping (GIS) industries or working on consumer facing products.
- Experience with life-cycle management in a software environment or building product requirements and managing the product life-cycle.
- Ability to be influential on integrated teams of technical and non-technical members and managing third party vendors.
- Ability to solve software engineering challenges involving bug triage, source control, continuous integration, and more.
